I am reading through “The Last Lecture” by Randy Pausch and just read the chapter where he played football. There was a comment made to Randy be one of the assistant coaches that made me think about how many of us may approach our work attitude. Here is today’s thought for the day.
“When you’re screwing up and nobody says anything to you anymore, that means they’ve given up on you.”
How many people have we given up on because they continue to screw up? I wonder how many people have given up on us?
